Braden S. Sanders

Braden is an associate attorney at The Ruttenberg Law Firm, P.C.  He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles’ School of Law, where he was designated a Michael T. Masin Scholar and awarded the Sanford M. Gage Award for excellence in torts, evidence, and trial practice.  After graduation, he was invited to join the Order of the Coif.  He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California.  Over the past year, Braden has achieved a number of successes, such as:

• $500,000 personal injury settlement for a pedestrian struck by vehicle
• $100,000 personal injury settlement for car accident victim
• 272,500 settlement for tenant against property management company for damages arising from water intrusion and mold exposure
• $350,000 property damage settlement for homeowner against solar panel installation company
• $126,000 property damage settlement for condominium owner against general contractor
• $800,000 property damage settlement for homeowner against solar panel installation comany
• $74,500 personal injury settlement for rider of an e-scooter struck by a vehicle
• Defeated, by way of a successful demurrer without leave to amend, co-insured’s attempt to block car accident victim’s recovery, resulting in $868,100 personal injury arbitration award for car accident victim
• Defeated employer’s motion for summary judgment against employee’s FEHA and Labor Code claims, resulting in $250,000 settlement to employee
• Defeated neighbor’s demurrer to condominium owner’s complaint for negligence and nuisance arising from persistent water intrusion
• Defeated HOA’s demurrer to condominium owner’s complaint for negligence and nuisance arising from persistent water intrusion
• Defeated demurrer and motion for summary adjudication brought by seller of real property against buyer seeking damages for construction defect, concealment, and negligent misrepresentation claims
• Defeated motion to expunge lis pendens and motion to compel arbitration brought by seller of real property against buyer seeking to void fraudulent transfer
